I. JOB
Summary:
This position's primary focus is to assist in retaining all segments of Corporate Business Plan members and reinstate inactive members by providing quality customer service when calling business plans in reference to their membership.
II.
Qualifications:
A. Education:
High School graduate or equivalent
B. Skills:
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Ability to use multiple software applications at once
Knowledge of sales principles and methods
Excellent communications skills for coordination with Membership Sales Managers

Experience:
Two years customer service and/or sales experience
Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
Function in a fast paced office
Coordination of multiple phone system
Good keyboard skills
III. DUTIES
A. Maintains all goals established by Management
Upon receipt of business plan list for 45 days out, assist with attempting initial contact with business and send an invoice and agreement if necessary.
Upon receipt of business plan list for 30 days out, assist in contacting business to ensure invoice and agreement have been received
Upon receipt of business plan list for 0 days, assist in making sure no additional information is required and inform the business of number of days remaining to inactive status.
B. Phone Sales
Provides customers with accurate service information
Suggests payment options to all renewing businesses
Raises awareness and urgency to retain businesses
C. Data Entry
Applies and balances payments
Collects and enters data into an electronic computer data base
Verifies data and creates notes in accounts as required
D. Outgoing phone calls
Administers phone calls from available calling lists
Contacts RDMS and/or MSM when requiredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
