Our surgical facilities include a Surgical Services Department with six spacious, state-of-the-art surgical suites and equipment for both inpatient and outpatient surgery. OMC celebrated the grand opening of its new Surgical Specialists Clinic, a beautiful office space for pre-surgery consultations and patient follow up.

OMC is a 114-bed, not-for-profit medical referral center serving an 11-county area in south central Missouri and north central Arkansas with its main facility located in beautiful West Plains. With more than 100 doctors, OMC has a strong core of primary care physicians as well as numerous specialists including a nephrologist, psychiatrists, neurosurgeon, neurologist, oncologist, radiation oncologist, interventional cardiologists, cardiologist and cardiothoracic surgeons.
